Sweet wine, obtained from the over-ripening on the vine of red grapes typical of the municipality where the Fratelli Aimasso winery is located. Persistent aromatic intense. At the nose has elegant notes in perfect harmony of cherry, black cherry, and ripened strawberry. In the mouth, wine appears balanced and of remarkable texture and has light tannic notes that reflect very well the vine. Wine with an excellent attitude to ripening.
Excellent wine for ageing.
Pairings: chocolate, and chocolate sweets. It also goes well with dry pastry and blue- veined cheeses. Excellent also as meditation wine and end meal.
