Diano d’Alba DOCG Superiore


Deep ruby red Dolcetto and in this case Superior because it comes from grapes of a selected vineyard and vinified differently from traditional ones. All this process gives him even more purple reflexes, and an interesting fragrant and fruity aroma. Dry taste, pleasantly influenced by a varietal aftertaste of bitter almonds that stimulates the palate. It has the structure of the most important wines and alcohol content higher than average. It owns some aromatic traits, including geraniol, which make it pleasant while young and it has the force of a medium aged wine.
